Data Deletion Instructions

1. Your Right to Request Deletion

You can ask us to delete all personal data associated with your account at any time. This includes your account information, WhatsApp Business credentials we store on your behalf, message history, contacts, and any media you uploaded through the Service.

2. How to Request Deletion

Option A — From your account

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Click Delete my account and all data.
4. Confirm the action. Your account is queued for deletion immediately.

Option B — By email

Send an email to advancelink@advancelink.net from the email address registered on your account with the subject line "Data deletion request". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

Option C — Via Facebook / Meta

If you connected your WhatsApp Business account through Meta and choose to remove our app from your Facebook account, Meta will notify us automatically and we will delete the WhatsApp Business credentials and message history tied to that connection within 30 days.

3. What Gets Deleted

• Account profile (name, email, phone number, password hash).
• WhatsApp Business credentials (access tokens, WABA ID, Phone Number ID).
• Chat history, message logs, and uploaded media.
• Contacts, phonebooks, and tags you created.
• Campaign and broadcast records.
• API logs (`meta_logs`) tied to your account.

4. What We May Retain

We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself (timestamp and confirmation code) for up to 24 months for legal and audit purposes. We may also retain aggregated, fully anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you.

5. Confirmation

After deletion is complete, we will email you a confirmation code that you can use to verify the deletion status at any time at:
